Supplementary data for Nature Genetics 39, 730 - 732 (2007)

Below are the raw data files in "gpr" format.

The entire set of GPR files can be downloaded as a tar file here
The data can also be downloaded from ArrayExpress

Filenames are based on the following convention: A_B_C_D_E_F_G.gpr

  1. Date
  2. Transcription factor
  3. species and tissue
  4. replicate
  5. array platform and number within set
  6. for internal lab use
  7. for internal lab use.
For example, 060129_FOXA2_hLiver_2_HC01a_251399110004_3.gpr should be interpreted as follows:
  1. Date=January 29th, 2006
  2. Transcription factor=FOXA2
  3. species and tissue= human liver
  4. replicate = 2
  5. array platform and number within set = human array "01a"
